| 摘 要： | 指出BBS已逐渐发展成为大众言论交流的工具之一,应加强舆论引导。认为BBS使用者要发表言论必到特定的论坛,故只需监控好单位所属的综合类论坛中的时政类版块和网上的时政类专题论坛即可实现网络舆论引导。提出加强BBS舆论引导的基本措施:抓紧论坛建设,培养强势论坛;加强论坛管理,提高监管水平;分析网民习惯,抓住重点人物;研究网民心理,提高引导技巧。

| Abstract: | With BBS developing into one of the means to mass communication, opinions on it should be guided and instructed. After analyzing the categories of BBS, I presume that, because the users of BBS usually go to the particular bulletin board if they want to express sth , the opinions on internet, especially on BBS, can be guided by supervising the current political affair section in the comprehensive forum attached to by different facilities, and the current political affair forums on internet. The key measures of strengthening the guidance of opinions on BBS include: to pay close attention to the building of forum and develop upper-handed forum; to strengthen the management of forum and improve the managing level; to analyze the users' habit and focus on important individuals; to study the users' psychology and promote the guiding skills. |
