三七总皂苷对小鼠学习记忆及脑内乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响

摘    要:目的:研究三七总皂苷对小鼠学习记忆功能及对内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的影响。方法:对东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍小鼠进行跳台及“Y”型迷宫行为学检验,同时测定了小鼠脑内AchE的活性。结果:在跳台实验和“Y”型电迷宫行为学检测中,三七总皂苷用药组(100,200mg/kg)对小鼠学习记忆功能有明显的改善作用,并可抑制小鼠脑内AchE活性。结论:三七总皂苷对东莨菪碱造成的学习记忆获得障碍小鼠的学习记忆能力均有明显的改善作用,该作用可能与抑制AchE活性有关。

Effects of Total Saponins of Panax Notognseng (TSP) on Learning and Memory Ability and Brain Acetyicholinesterase Activity in Mice

Abstract:Object: To study the effects of total saponins of panax notognseng (TSP) on learning and memory ability and brain acetylcholinesterase activity in mice. nethods:Praxiology of impaired memory acquiring mice induced by scopolamine with step - down test and Y - electronic maze test and brain acetylcholinesterase activity were investigated. Results in step- down test and Y -electronic maze test, TSP (200, 400mg/kg) could significantly enhance the learning and memory ability and inhibit the brain acetylcholinesterase activity compared with the model group. Conclusion:TSP could improve ability of learning and memory in mice with learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine, and the ability may profit from its inhibition on brain acetylcholinesterase activity in mice.
