| 摘 要： | 构建地方服务型政府已成为各级地方政府转型的目标和方向。目前,国内学者也从各种不同视角对构建地方服务型政府进行了大量研究。但以目标管理理论为分析视角来探讨地方服务型政府构建尚鲜有涉及。试图以目标管理理论为分析视角,对构建我国地方服务型政府提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | It has become the aim of all levels of local government to construct service-oriented government.At present,many domestic scholars have studied on construction of local service-oriented government from a variety of perspectives.But few of them have studied from the perspective of the theory of MBO.This paper gives some suggestions on how to construct local service-government from the perspective of the MBO theory. |
