| 摘 要： | 在不断建立和完善社会主义市场经济的过程中,WTO原则对教育的作用不仅仅是教育服务贸易的自由和便利问题,还表现为共同协商、取消进入限制、反对歧视等市场经济的精髓对建立教育领域内各种规则的重大作用.本文主要利用WTO框架分析学术劳动力市场建设的主要内容,揭示了虽然在国际范围内,WTO框架对于教育的影响主要表现为教育服务贸易的自由化,但对中国这种转型国家来说,WTO框架还是我们建立市场规则的标准.

| Abstract: | In establishing and formulating socialist market economy, the influences of WTO framework on Chinese education go beyond the liberation of education services. The essences of WTO, such as mutual agreements, binding market access and non-discriminatory commitments, are playing great roles in estab-lishing rules in education field. In this article, the implications of WTO on Chinese academic labor market are analyzed. Internationally, WTO framework is a guideline in reaching mutual agreement in GATS. However, WTO, as a standards system, facilitates China to forward the process of transition to market economy. |
