| 摘 要： | 中国古代兵家常常以战略性的眼光审视天下格局，他们在带兵打仗、出谋划策的过程中提出了很多宝贵的战略管理思想。其中，文胜、武胜是兵家战略管理的两大目标；审慎、放权、纳谏、保密是兵家战略制定的基本原则；行军、军争、防御、进攻是兵家战略实施所要考虑的主要因素；战争胜利的可能性、战略计划的可行性、战争结果的可接受性是兵家战略评价的重要方面。

Study on the Strategic Management of Military Strategists |

| Abstract: | Chinese traditional military strategists used to observe the world by strategic sight.They proposed many cherish thoughts about strategic management during the wars or in their suggestions.In these thoughts,victo-ry with strategy or tactics and victory with fighting are the two main purposes of strategic management of military strategists.Prudence,delegating powers,accepting opinions and secrecy are the basic principles of strategic formula-tion of military strategists.March,competition,defense and assault are the necessary elements that should be thought of strategic implementation of military strategists.The possibility to win,the feasibility of the plan and the accepta-bility of the result are the important aspects of strategic evaluation of military strategists. |
