| 摘 要： | 工伤赔偿是劳动法和社会保障法中最具实践性的问题之一。工伤保险制度是对劳动者或其供养家 属在发生工伤后给予物质帮助和经济补偿的制度。但由于用人单位不履行为劳动者参保的法定义务，使劳动者丧 失社会保障。工伤赔偿案件是对劳动者这种权利的救济途径。

| Abstract: | Compensation for work-related injury is one of the most pragmatic issues in accordance with the Law of Labor and the Law of Social Security.The system of compensation for work-related injury is sort of eco- nomic aid and financial compensation to/for laborers or their family members after the work-related injury hap- pens.When employers do not take their responsibility,the injured will lose their social security.Compensation for work-related injury is the legal right of the injured as a means to help them financially.This thesis explores the process of compensation for work-related injury and the problems related by case studies. |
