师范院校"师德"之刍议

摘    要:本文对“师德”作出了新的解释,并进而提出了在当前教育形势下,关于加强“师德”建设的两点建议:一是“为己而学”,切实提高教师自身的学术水准,这是为学生提供高质量课堂教学的前提;二是“寓身教于言教之中”,教师的讲授,不仅传承学问,而且展示人品,变课堂教学为立体式教育,使学生在受知同时,得到“师德”的浸润,从而益智增德。

Abstract:The essay explains the new concept of "teachers' moral",and states two suggestions on improving the construction of "teachers'moral".One is "study for oneself",that is,academic standard of teachers themselves must be improved.That is the basis for improving the quality of the students' class teaching.The other is "putting action education into words education",that is,the teachers' teaching is not only teaching knowledge,but also showing characters.Class teaching should be changed into all kinds of education.When students receive knowledge,they can get the idea of "teachers' moral",so as to benefit from the intelligence and the moral.
