| 摘 要： | 电子商务的运行过程 ,就是四大基本流 (信息流、商流、资金流和物流 )依次流动的过程。发达国家已经充分认识到现代物流是决定电子商务成败的关键因素 ,因而积极构建并不断完善物流配送体系。中国物流与国外相比差距很大 ,应加大力度对由于物流配送体系的严重滞后而造成的制约电子商务发展的原因进行分析 ,从而建构起既符合国际惯例又符合中国实际的电子商务物流配送体系。

| Abstract: | The process of e-commerce includes the four basic flows of information, commerce, fund and goods. The developed countries have realized the modern flow of goods can decide the success or failure of the e-commerce, so we must continuously perfect its allocation system. China's flow of goods, compared with the foreign ditto, should improve its backward system of allocation and build the system that suits both the international rule and China's actual situation. |
