摘    要:本次煤矿机电一体化专业相关岗位技术能力需求分析旨在指导高职院校人才培养模式及课程体系改革,缩小学校与行业之间的差距,使高职院校涉煤机电一体化专业毕业生具有行业竞争力。通过对陕西能源职业技术学院合作煤矿的调研走访,了解到了陕西省煤炭企业对机电一体化专业人员的需求、配置和岗位要求。对学院2016、2017级机电一体化技术专业学生实习情况的分析、就业岗位的统计,了解毕业生的就业去向。就毕业生针对学校教学情况的反馈调查并加以整理,分析和研究了学院在人才培养模式、课程体系设置方面存在的问题,这既为精准把握现代化煤矿企业岗位能力需求提供依据,也为高职院校相关专业教学目标、课程设置提供参考。

Abstract:This analysis of post competence requirements of coal mechatronics specialty aims to guide the cultivation model of talents,narrow the gap between the school and industry,and make the graduates have professional competitiveness.Through the investigation on the coal mines,we understand the requirements,allocation,and post competence requirements for the graduates of Shaanxi coal enterprises.By the analysis of practice situation,employment statistics about the graduates of mechatronics specialty of our college in 2016 and 2017,we grasp the employment orientation.With the investigation and sorting out on the feedback of teaching situation of students,we analyze and study the problems existing in talent cultivation model and the setup of curriculum system,which can provide not only the basis for the grasping of post competence requirements of modern coal enterprises,but also reference for the teaching target and curriculum setup of related specialty in higher vocational colleges.
