| 摘 要： | 院系档案是院系在日常运作中产生的一系列有价值的材料汇总.通过对军校院级档案管理特色的分析,探讨了加强军校基层档案管理的重大意义,并进一步揭示出目前军事院校院级档案管理中存在的一些主要问题,同时提出了相应的整改措施.
