基于LAC法的职业生涯规划教学研究

摘    要:体验式教学作为一种区别于传统说教的教学方法,目前在中国尚处于理论知识引进阶段,在高校教学研究中涉及极少,尤其是在大学生职业生涯规划课程的教学与研究中涉及甚微。LAC法是心理学范畴的一种临床心理学的心理咨询方法,将其作为一种体验式教学方式尝试于大学生职业生涯规划的教学,开创一种新型的体验式职业生涯规划教学模式是一种有益的探索。

An Innovative Study of Career Planning Based on LAC Experiential Teaching Method

Abstract:Although distinct from the traditional didactic teaching, the experiential teaching method is now still in the introduction stage of theoretical knowledge in China and is rarely touched upon in the teaching research in universities and colleges, so the study on its application in the career planning of college students needs to be further enhanced along with the demand for reforms in career planning curriculum at colleges and universities. As LAC method is a clinical psychological method, its tentative use, as an experiential method, in the instruction of college students' career planning is an innovative study of a new experiential teaching mode for career planning.
