| 摘 要： | 科学共同体中的“马太效应”指的是获得科学荣誉的富者愈富、贫者愈贫的现象，“马太效应”在科学共同体中有着诸多的表现，会对科学发展产生诸多或积极或消极的影响。应当采取多种手段，利用“马太效应”的积极影响，减少其消极影响，使得科学事业能够更好地发展。

| Abstract: | The Matthew Effect in scientific community means that the rich gets richer, while the poor becomes poorer in getting scientific honors. Given its varieties in the scientific community, the Matthew Effect will exert nu- merous positive or negative impacts on scientific development. As such, efforts should be made to take many meas- ures to maximize its positive impact and minimize its negative impact so as to facilitate the healthy development of our scientific sector. |
