摘    要:运用调查研究法和文献研究法,对北京市高尔夫俱乐部的质量水平、竞争状况、盈利状况、消费者基本情况等现状进行了全面的调查,并对其经营模式、产品、价格、促销、区域、别墅等经营策略进行归纳与分析,为进一步推动北京市高尔夫产业持续、健康、稳步地发展及相关管理部门制定政策提供理论参考。

Abstract:With research methods of investigations and documents,this thesis makes an overall investigation on such present situation of golf clubs in Beijing as their quality level,competition condition,profit condition and the basic crcumstances of consumers,induces and analyses its management pattern and its management stategy such as product,price,promotion,region and villa,and supplies theoretic references for making further improvement on the continuous,healthy and stable development of golf industry in Beijing and making a policy of correlative management departments.
