| 摘 要： | 我国高校大规模扩招以后,毕业生待就业人数逐年增加.音乐专业作为高等教育中的特殊门类,就业形势更加严峻.我们只有深化高等教育改革,调整与就业市场不相适应的课程;培养"一专多能"的综合素质人才;转变就业观念,寻找新的就业领域;加强对大学生的就业与创业指导,构建完善的就业指导机构与就业信息网络才能拓宽普通高师音乐专业毕业生的就业渠道.
