| 摘 要： | 高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，目前，我国高职教育研究要加强针对性与实效性日渐弱化，要研究高职教育具体存在的问题，并针对强的具有失效性的对策，本文从我国高职教育现状出发，指出我国高职教育存在定位不准、质量不高、结构不够完善与体系不够开放等方面的问题，并从转变理念科学定位、高移高职教育形成合理教育结构、全方位提高教育质量、构建开放健全的高职教育体系几个方面提出了对策，旨在推进高职教育改革，促进高职教育发展，服务于产业经济。
