| 摘 要： | 在建立投资环境评价指标体系基础之上，运用主成分分析法对江苏省52个县级城市的投资环境进行了初步评价，得到城市投资环境的综合排名，同时进行了简单的原因分析和城市投资环境的分类．之所以选择江苏省52个县级城市作为研究对象，是考虑到对这一层次城市的投资环境研究较少，同时因为城市是投资者的主要考察对象，并且城市内部的各种投资影响因素具有较高的一致性．

| Abstract: | Based on the establishment of the investment evaluation index system, this paper evaluates the investment climate of the 52 county-level cities in Jiangsu Province by using the method of the principal component analysis. A comprehensive ranking of city investment climate was given out, in the meantime, simple supporting reasons have been analyzed, investment climate of cities were classified. The reasons of choosing the sample of 52 county-level cities are as follows： County-level cities, as the main target of investment, are seldom studied. There is a high level of consistency between all kinds of factors inside the city which affect the investment climate. |
