摘    要:目的/意义]为电子政务项目建设评价提供一种有效的辅助决策方法,促进政务信息资源共享利用以及政务信息系统整合建设的原则更加客观、高效地落实在管理过程中。方法/过程]以决策需求为导向,在创建电子政务领域知识图谱的基础上设计针对问题的知识关联推理策略并将推理结果可视化,支持对政府部门和其所申建的项目中可能存在的问题发现。结果/结论]应用结果证明,方案依托语义信息服务与知识关联结果可视化的方法可以有效提升问题发现的效率并可以有效节约财政支出。

Research and Practice of E-government Project Evaluation Method Based on Knowledge Graph
Abstract:Purpose/significance]An effective assistant decision method for e-government project construction evaluation is provided.It promotes the sharing and utilization of government information resources in the management process objectively and efficiently.It can also promote the integration of government information system.Method/process]Guided by the requirement of decision-making,a knowledge association reasoning strategy is designed based on the knowledge map of e-government domain,and the reasoning results are visualized.It can discover the problems that may exist in government departments and its projects.Result/conclusion]The result shows that the plan based on semantic information service and visualization of knowledge association results can improve the efficiency of problem discovery and save financial expenditure usefully.
