关于实施学科分层走班教学的思考

摘    要:传统班级授课制教学所具有的标准化、统一化、同步化的特点,难以顾及学生的个体差异.学科分层走班教学就是将学生的个体差异视为一种可资开发利用的教育资源而展开的优化传统授课制的一种有效途径.从学科分层走班教学的涵义、价值等方面进行梳理,从静态和动态的角度提出了学科分层走班教学在中学课堂中实施的策略.
