| 摘 要： | 版权问题已成为制约特色数据库发展的主要因素，为此，拟在我国现行的法律框架内，对特色数据库建设与使用过程中涉及的版权问题进行分析，进而根据相关法规的适用性，提出特色数据库的多元化版权解决策略与方案，以期对解决特色数据库的版权问题有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Copyright issues have become the main restriction factor in the development of characteristic databases, so this article analyzes the copyright issues involved in the constructing and usage of characteristic databases in present law framework of our country. And according to the applicability of correlative law, multi-strategies and schemes are put forward to solve copyright issues of characteristic databases. |
