| 摘 要： | 在总结分析关于信息法的各种观点的基础上,综合考虑我国信息立法的指导思想和法的体系划分原则,运用系统论的方法,借鉴基于权利的信息法框架并结合信息法所面临的具体问题,构建了适于我国基本国情的信息法体系结构。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the various kinds of views of information law,then based on it comprehensively considers guiding ideology of our country's information legislation and dividing principles of law's system,and uses the methods of system theory,and draws lessons from rights-based information law framework,finally unites concrete problems that faced by information law,ultimately constructs information law system structure that suits our country's basic national conditions. |
