摘    要:本科教育是高等教育培养创新型人才的初始阶段,在国家综合国力和全民素质的提升方面起着举足轻重的作用。结合制药工程专业的教学与实践,从基本知识与技能培养阶段、专业实验设计与创新阶段、毕业实习与实践的产业化阶段等三个方面论述了制药工程专业学生实验技能的培养,初步探索出了一条专业实验课中培养学生创新能力的有效途径。

The three steps of culturing experimental skills of pharmacy engineering students
Abstract:Underaduate education is the elementary phase of higher education to culture creative talents. It plays an important role in improving national power and the people quality. The culture of experiment skills of pharmacy engineering students is discussed in three aspects associating the teaching and practicing in this paper. The three steps include elementary knowledge and skill culturing period, specialty experiments designing and creating period, and industrialization period of graduating practice. This approach has appeared effective in culturing creative ability of student in specialty experiments.
