| 摘 要： | 本文对入世四年来中国银行业的成长以及未来发展方向作了认真、严肃的思考。首先是从数字指标、管理水平、治理结构和文化理念等四个层次指出了四年来我国银行业的成长变化,其次是总结了入世四年来我国银行业参与国际化竞争即关于商业银行成长动力的三点认识,最后从战略创新视点提出了金融全面开放背景下中国银行业的发展路向。

| Abstract: | This paper sincerely explores the growth and the future development of Chinese banks after joining WTO for four years.Firstly,it points out the growing change of Chinese banks from the four aspects such as numerical target,management lever,governance structure and cultural ideas etc.secondly,it summarize three points of banks'growth motive after they attend international competition for four years.Lastly,this paper puts forward the future developing direction of Chinese banks on the overall open background of finance based on the angle of strategy innovation. |
