| 摘 要： | 2010年7月,在贯彻落实中央新疆工作座谈会精神的自治区党委七届九次全委(扩大)会议上,张春贤书记提出"以现代文化为引领,以科技、教育为支撑"实现新疆的跨越式发展和长治久安。"以现代文化为引领"的提出,反映了我党对文化建设的认识以及对文化发展规律的把握达到了新的高度,为跨越式发展提供了强有力的思想保证、舆论支持、精神动力,对推动新疆的快速发展具有重要意义。本文从现代文化与跨越式发展关系的角度,阐述了以现代文化为引领实现新疆跨越式发展的必然性及政策建议。

| Abstract: | In 2010 July,in the meeting to carry out implement spirit of informal discussion of job of central Xinjiang municipal Party committee of the seven session of the nine Committee(enlarged),Zhang Chun-xian put forward the leaping development and the long period of stability in Xinjiang of"with modern culture as a guidance,science and technology,education as support".The proposing of "With modern culture as a guidance",reflects the awareness of our Party to cultural construction and grasp the regularity of development reach a new height,offers strong thought to assure,public opinion support,spiritual power to leaping development,has important significance to promote the rapid development of Xinjiang.From the perspective of the relations between modern culture and leaping development,elaborates the inevitability and policy suggestions of modern culture to lead the leaping development in Xinjiang. |
