| 摘 要： | 我国制造业的快速发展导致对人才的需求日益强烈，如何吸引和集聚人才成为制造业发展的关键。本文在分析制造业人才特点的基础上，提出了制造业人才集聚的三种模式，即政策引导型、产业吸引型和收益吸引型，并提出了促进制造业人才集聚的政策措施。
