| 摘 要： | 教育技术是恰当地运用技术来提高教育绩效的研究领域。一切参与教育过程的人，无论是学生，教师，管理者以及教育技术职业人员，都需具备一定程度的教育技术素养，才能有效地促进教育改革的深入发展，提高教育绩效。文章阐述教育技术学学科的研究领域，学科体系，以及中国教育技术标准与适合于我国的教育技术基本要求和绩效指标等领域研究成果。

| Abstract: | Educational technology is the research field in which it is used for education performance improvement.Participators in education including students,teachers,administrators and educational technicians should be qualified with educational technologies so as to deepen educational reforming and to improve education performance. The article explains the research aspects, structure, technical standards, requirements and effect quota suitable for China's reality. |
