| 摘 要： | 随着建设法治国家理念的不断深入，民族地区急需民族法制专业人才。为民族地区担负培养高级人才任务的民族高等院校应该实施民族法学教育。民族高等院校通过开展民族法学教育，使学生较为系统地了解、掌握以《民族区域自治法》为主干的民族法制方面的知识，为他们到民族地区工作奠定民族法制的基础，以便更好地利用民族法律法规，保障民族地区和少数民族的特殊权益。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the ideas of building a country ruled by law, talents specialized in ethnic legal system are in urgent needs in ethnic regions. So, ethnic colleges and universities shouldering the task of training talents of high levels for ethnic regions should conduct ethnic law education. Ethnic law education can enable students of ethnic colleges and universities to understand systematically the ethnic legal system based on the law on the autonomy of minority nationality regions and master the basic knowledge of ethnic legal system, which will lay a solid foundation for their future work in ethnic regions and help them apply ethnic laws and regulations appropriately to practice so as to guarantee the special interests of ethnic regions as well as minority nationalities. |
