| 摘 要： | 新办本科院校的校园文化建设，是一种文化建设的重构，与原有的专科学校的校园文化有着本质的不同，与名牌大学的校园文化建设也有着很大的差异，但是良好的校园文化是学校可持续发展的凝聚力，是学校可持续发展的重要资源和内驱力，因此，新办本科学校必须遵循校园文化建设的原则，跨越式的重新建构具有特色的校园文化。

| Abstract: | Bnilding campus culture in new undergraduate college is a kind of reconstruction, so it is quite different from the one of original junior college, the famous universities as well. A better campus culture is a cohesive force for school to develop sustainably, and therefore, new undergraduate college must abide by the principles of building campus culture, and reconstruct a unique campus culture with leaps and bounds. |
