| Abstract: | Creativeness is the major stream in the development of higher education and the indispensable means by which to build up prestigious colleges and is also the basis on which colleges contribute new knowledge to the human civilization. Teachers play a crucial role in the creative education. Only by fully developing creative education and exploiting the teachers' role and function can it be ensured that the talents will be cultivated so that they can contribute new knowledge to the human civilization. |
