| 摘 要： | 教师继续教育在实践中推行和实施的前提是人们在观念上的认同和支持。本从传统教师的人格与专业精神、终身教育理论的发展、发展性教师评价的建立以及社会对教师职业专业化的认可四个方面，建构了教师继续教育的观念支持系统。
