| 摘 要： | 探讨数字摄影三维重建成像技术在骨关节损伤中的应用价值．方法:运用旋转数字摄影血管造影的原理,利用血管造影检查设备进行骨关节系统检查52例．结果:重建图像效果满意,清楚显示骨骼解剖结构及关节毗邻关系,对骨折错位及关节脱位诊断明确．结论:旋转数字摄影3D成像技术,是一种新的特殊的检查方法,其图像立体观察直观而逼真,对不规则骨或复杂的骨关节骨折提高诊断准确率具有很好的临床应用价值．

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the valve of rotary three-dimensional reconstrution imaging in the application of osteoarticular trauma. Methed:the 52 cases of osteoarticular trauma were checked by means of C-arm in the principle of rotary digital three-dimensional reconstruction imaging. Result: the three-dimensional reconstruction imaging could show the skeletal anatomical strucurean and aticulation so clear that it could diagnose vicarious fracture and dislocation of joint distinctly. Conlusion:the rotary digital three-dimensional reconstruction imaging is a new special examination method,and the direct and lifelike stereo-picture has significant clinical value in the improvement of diagnostic accuracy rate of irreguar and complex osteoarticular fracture. |
