SECI知识转化模型对企业核心竞争力提升的作用机制研究

摘    要:在对SECI知识转化模型研究的基础上,引入亚隐性知识的概念,提出改进的SECI模型。从知识社会化、外部化、组合化和内在化4个阶段系统分析知识转化过程对企业核心竞争力提升的动态作用机制,构建在知识转化作用下企业核心竞争力提升的螺旋模型,并从隐性知识到显性知识转化以及显性知识到隐性知识转化两个阶段分析知识转化对企业核心竞争提升的综合作用机制,以期为提升企业核心竞争力的研究提供新的研究思路。

Abstract:Based on the research of SECI knowledge transformation model,the authors introduce the concept of sub-tacit knowledge,and put forward the improved SECI model.Then they analyze the dynamic mechanism of knowledge transformation on the improvement of enterprise core competence from four stages in detail,which are socialization,externalization,combination and internalization.And they construct the helix model of enterprise core competence promotion based on the effect of knowledge transformation,and finally analyzes the combination mechanism of knowledge transformation to enterprise core competence promotion from two stages of transformation from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge and transformation from explicit knowledge to tacit knowledge,in order to provide a new idea for the research of enterprise core competence promotion.
