| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化的背景下,地方院校发挥教育职能,凸显办学特色,提高毕业生就业率尤为重要.周口师范学院化学系以教学为中心、以考研为抓手全面提高教育教学质量,培养化学类新型人才,实现学生可持续发展和高层次就业,连续5年考研录取率占毕业生总数60%以上,一次性就业率95%以上.成功的培养模式为地方院校化学类新型人才的教育和培养提供了很好的借鉴.

| Abstract: | It is unusually essential that local universities perform education function with highlighting schooling characteristics in order to enhance employment rate of graduates in the context of democratizing of higher education.The paper is based on an investigation of graduates from the chemical department and finds out that its mode provides excellent lessons for educating and cultivating fresh chemical talents from local universities.One-time employment rate of its graduates reaches over 95% and those that have passed the entrance postgraduate Exam account for 60% of all the graduates for five consecutive years.Their success results from the fact that the chemical department centers around teaching,supplemented with preparation for the entrance postgraduate exam,to enhance teaching quality on comprehensive aspects so as to cultivate fresh chemical talent and realize sustainable development and high-level employment. |
