| 摘 要： | 目的:建立知母中总黄酮含量测定方法.方法:以70%乙醇提取知母总黄酮,采用紫外分光光度法对知母总黄酮进行测定.结果:芒果苷线性关系为y=0.2309x-0.0031(r=0.9993),加样回收率为99.32%,相对标准偏差1.40%.结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,适合测定知母总黄酮的含量,可以作为知母质量检验的一个定量方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To estable a method of determining total flavonoids for Anemarrhena.Methods: Extracted total flavonoids from Anemarrhena by 70% alcohol,Determine the content of tatol flavonoids of Anemarrhena by UV-spectrophotometry.Result: The linear of mangiferin is y = 0.2309x-0.0031(r = 0.9993),recoverage is 99.32%,RSD is 1.40%.Conclusion: This method is simple,quick,and accurated,and suitable to determine content of total flavonoids of Anemarrhena,such a quality method is suitable to Anemarrhena. |
