| 摘 要： | 网络时代的到来将引起企业经营管理理念和模式的大变革。企业要想在网络时代立于不败并发展壮大，首先要有经营理念的创新。文章主要从集群新思维、三维新视野、竞争新理念、开放新含义、时间价值新观念、知识价值再认识、弹性管理、虚拟管理等八个方面介绍了不同于传统经营管理思想的新认识、新理念。
