| 摘 要： | 昆明市服务外包产业前景看好，虽有挑战，但优势也很明显；应当抓住时机，以科学发展观为指导，坚持以市场为导向、多轮驱动等原则，做好昆明外包的产业定位与选择。此外，还需要在多方面努力，如：设立昆明市服务外包协调领导小组，加强组织领导；设立服务外包发展专项资金；完善服务外包业发展的软硬环境；建设服务外包示范企业和园区；引导金融机构加大支持力度；完善人才保障措施；加大招商引资力度；等等。

| Abstract: | Good prospect in Kunming service outer-contract enterprise exist in spite of challenges, there still exists obvious advantage. In order to better the orientation and choice of Kunming outer-contract enterprises,it＇s necessary to seize the opportunity directed with scientific developing view, insist on marketing as guide and multi-aspect driving. Besides, a lot of efforts must be done, such as, setting up coordination leader group to enforce the leadership;building a special fund for the development;perfecting the soft and hard environ- ment;constructing service outer-contract model enterprise and district;directing financial organization to strengthen the support;perfecting the guarantee measure for talented Derson：increasing introduction of business and canital,and so on. |
