| 摘 要： | 为了加强劳动合同制人员管理工作,清华大学开发了合同制人员管理信息系统。该系统的运行为合同制人员的日常管理工作提供了可靠保障,也使合同制人员管理工作迈上一个新台阶。对高校合同制人员管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,介绍了合同制人员管理的业务流程和系统设计内容,对系统的实现技术进行了论述。
