| 摘 要： | 分析了女性主义教师观的主要内涵，其中主要包括教师的角色定位、教师与课程的关系、师生关系和教师专业素养等。认为实施性别平等的教育已是世界各国教育发展的必然趋势，性别平等是女性主义的基本观点，女性主义教师观是一种体现性别平等的教师观，对性别平等教育的有效实施有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The connotation of the feminist view of a teacher is analyzed including teachers＇ role positioning, the relationship between a teacher and the curriculum, teacher- student relationship and teachers＇ professionalism. It is pointed out that gender equality is a fundamental point of view of feminism and the implementation of gender equality in education is an inevitable trend in the world. It is also expounded that the feminist view of teachers reflects the equality of genders and it plays a significant role in carrying out the gender equality education effectively. |
