| 摘 要： | 阐述了英语写作的重要意义，指出了它是考查英语输出能力的一项重要指标，其发展的缓慢性和滞后性日益凸显。认为学生的词汇贫乏、语法缺失和谋篇不畅是导致写作能力未能提高的主要原因，教师应注重基础教学，引导学生勤于练笔，持之以恒。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out that English writing is an important indicator to test English learners＇ productive competence and its slow and lagging nature are more and more obvious. Three main Causes that lead to students＇ low writing capability are presented： lack of vocabulary, lack of grammar and lack of planning writing. It is proposed that teachers should attach more importance to foundational teaching and instruct students to do practice writing constantly. |
