基于PLC和变频器的同步控制实验系统

摘    要:为了实现对交流异步电动机的同步控制,提出了一种基于PLC和变频器的同步控制方法。通过PLC编程,建立一个基于脉冲数的公共虚拟轴,比较实际反馈的脉冲数与理论的虚拟脉冲数,并以脉冲差为对象进行PID调节。用PLC的模拟量输出控制变频器,间接地控制异步交流电动机,实现多台电动机的位置和转速同步控制。
