太阳能半导体温差发电装置研制

摘    要:通过对野外作业人员用电困难问题的分析,研制了一种以太阳能为能源依托,利用半导体温差发电模块,结合温控系统、稳压系统构成的太阳能自动发电装置。该装置以STC80C52RC单片机为核心,自主研制了以ZGA20RS电机为中心可调动力的机械控制系统,实现了半导体受热面与热源之间距离的准确控制,从而达到系统发电的自动控制。
