| Abstract: | Aiming at the shortage of innovative and application-oriented talents in colleges and universities,based on the market demand,this article points out that the training direction of higher education should be gradually transferred to independent existence of main market body,and in market demand mechanism,training innovative and application-oriented talents should participate actively and powerfully in the market competition and challenges. |
