| 摘 要： | 本文讲述的是纺织厂浆纱机和调浆系统利用两PLC通讯实现自控的方法。先由液位传感器判断浆槽中的浆液是否少，需要放浆或补浆，同时打开浆槽进浆阀门，再告知浆纱机的PLC，并向调浆系统发指令，再由调浆系统PLC发指令打开供浆系统，向浆纱机浆槽中供浆，以实现浆液输送的自动控制。

| Abstract: | This essay states the way used by blended size system and sizing machine in the textile plant to complete the communication of the two PLC control systems automatically. The lipuid level sensor is used to detect the blended size in the sizing box to give out and add the blended size,at the same time, turns on the valve in the sizing box. The next step is to send signals to PLC of sizing machine and the blended size system . The PLC of the blended size system order to start the affuent size system to sizing machine . Automatically it is finshed by the affuent size system . |
