| 摘 要： | 实习支教对师范生的专业素质和敬业精神提出了更高要求,而教育见习则对于师范生专业素质的培养至关重要。教育见习课程存在方案操作性不强、缺乏有效组织与管理、场所不足等问题。为有效解决教育见习课程存在的问题,适应实习支教对教育见习的要求,尝试构建了一种新型的教育见习体系,以确保师范生在实习支教过程中能尽快适应角色的转变,实现高校支援农村基础教育的目标。

| Abstract: | Replacement teaching practice raises higher requirements for the professional quality and respect-work spirit,while education probation is essential for teachers’ specialization.This paper analyzed the main problems in the course of education probation,such as lack of operability,organization and places of probation etc,and developed a novel education probation system,based on the actuality of universities,in order to resolve the problems in education probation,to give full play to the role of education probation,to help normal school students adapt to their work as soon as possible in the process of replacement teaching practice,so as to realize the goal of universities in support of basic education in rural areas. |
