摘    要:依据激励机制理论,分析了我校实验技术队伍激励机制存在的主要问题,并围绕招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬管理4大人力资源管理模块,从非物质激励和物质激励2个角度对如何稳定队伍、完善激励机制进行了探讨。

Abstract:Based on the theory of incentive machanism,the major issues of incentive mechanism of experimental technician team in Wuhan University of Science and Technology were analyzed,and four human resource management module which are recruitment,training,performance,compensation were discussed to improve the incentive mechanism and stabilizing the team.
