| Abstract: | Based on the theory of incentive machanism,the major issues of incentive mechanism of experimental technician team in Wuhan University of Science and Technology were analyzed,and four human resource management module which are recruitment,training,performance,compensation were discussed to improve the incentive mechanism and stabilizing the team. |
