| 摘 要： | 教学团队建设是"质量工程"建设的重要内容之一。结合三峡大学实际,就地方高校实验教学团队建设的意义、建设的措施以及在团队内部进行合理分工,调动每一位成员的积极性,发挥团队的聚合作用团结协作,脚踏实地进行建设,锻炼和培养高水平的师资队伍,提高本科生的教育质量。
