| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、田野实证等方法,对甘肃藏族传统体育进行调查。研究结果显示,甘肃藏族传统文化孕育出了以舞蹈、角力、竞速、合中、体能、武艺、智能和游戏八大类民族体育项群。这些藏族传统体育就是藏族人民智慧的结晶,是藏族传统体育文化的精髓,反映了甘肃藏族历史发展轨迹和文化的变迁过程。

| Abstract: | This paper is,by using documentation and field demonstration,to investigate the Tibetan traditional sports in Gansu Province.The results show that traditional Tibetan culture has given birth to eight categories of national sports,such as dancing,wrestling,racing,combining,physical fitness,skill,intelligence,and games.These Tibetan traditional sports are the essence of the wisdom of the Tibetan people,which are also the essence of Tibetan traditional sports culture,reflecting the developmental track of Tibetan history and culture in transformation process. |
