高校思想政治理论课教学效果与激励机制问题分析

摘    要:随着高校思想政治理论课教学改革的深化,高校思想政治理论课教学效果与激励机制问题倍受学术界关注,成为该领域的前沿问题.本文从分析高校思想政治理论课教学效果概念及特点开始,运用文案分析法对2001年至2009年全国CN刊物公开发表的52篇有关高校思想政治理论课教学效果论文进行高校思想政治理论课教学效果主要影响因素的优先序研究,并围绕如何激活"教师因素",进行合理的激励机制设计.
