| Abstract: | Peer review of specialists is the key link for ensuring the quality of sci-tech journals. Until now there is no the rules for peer review of specialists formulated by any authority organizations. In order to make peer review of specialists to be more normalized, and to raise review quality, it is necessary to research and formulate the rules for peer review for sic-tech journals. |
