福柯的教师观

摘    要:本文首先从福柯的权力/知识理论出发来理解他把规训时代的学校当作"监狱群岛"的论述,进而阐述他的规训时代的教师观:教师是整个社会规训机制的一个环节,也是规训机制的一个雇员,他处于监督和被监督的地位;教师的职能是对学生进行规训;教师进行规训的主要手段有空间分配、对活动的控制、创生的筹划和对力量的编排;教师进行规训的策略是层级监视、规范化裁决以及检查。

Abstract:From Foucault's theory of power/knowledge, this paper understands his arguments on taking schools in disciplining times as one sector of "prison archipelago" and then specifies his view of teacher. He thinks that the teacher is one sector of governmentality and also an employee of it; teacher is in the place of supervising and being supervised; the function of teacher is to discipline students; the ways in which teacher disciplines students mainly include allocating space, controlling activity, designing creation and arranging strength; the strategies of teacher's disciplining are hierarchical observation, normalizing judgment, and examination.
