| 摘 要： | 当前,各级电大正在积极筹建开放大学,提高教师综合素质、促进教师专业成长是其中一项十分重要的工作。以英语专业为例,我们可以依托QQ这一平台,创建学习型组织,从而促进基层辅导教师专业成长。
